Frequently Asked Questions

IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit code assigned to every mobile device. It's used to identify valid devices, block stolen phones, and check warranty status. You can find it by dialing *#06# or in your device settings.

Simply enter your IMEI or serial number, select a service (e.g., Apple warranty, blacklist check), and click Submit. Our system queries official and trusted databases to return detailed information about your device, including model, color, storage, warranty expiration, carrier lock status, and more.

Yes. We never store your IMEI numbers longer than necessary for the check. All API communications are encrypted, and we do not share any personal information with third parties.

Absolutely. Our generic device check supports most brands including Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus, and more. The available information depends on the service you select.

A blacklisted IMEI means the device has been reported as lost, stolen, or has unpaid financial obligations. Such devices may not work on most mobile networks. Checking before buying a used phone is highly recommended.

We offer a simple JSON and HTML API. Go to the API tab, get your API key after validation, and follow the documentation to integrate IMEI checking into your own applications.

Yes. On the Dashboard tab, you can paste up to 50 IMEIs (one per line) and check them all at once. Results appear below each IMEI.

Double-check that you entered 15 digits correctly. Some devices use a serial number (SN) instead – try that. Also ensure you have selected the correct service for your device brand.
